First torrent; if there are problems, comment and let me know and I'll do what i can to help. For those unfamiiar with the Baltimore Consort:

The Baltimore Consort is a small ensemble of instrumentalists and singers whose major focus has been early music, taking into account both the classical and folk realms, often blurring the distinction between the two. In the early years, its main focus was English music from the Elizabethan period, but the group soon branched out into Irish, Scottish, French, Spanish, and Italian early music. The chronological range of the repertory has generally fallen into Renaissance era, roughly spanning the sixteenth and seventeenth centuries. The Consort players perform on early instruments (viols, recorders, lutes, rebec, etc.) and their concerts and recordings can feature only instrumental music or a mixture of vocal and instrumental pieces.

Enjoy and please seed!

Dude, you REALLY should consider upgrading to a modern bit torrent client such as uTorrent or Vuze.

Running an old Bit Comet version from many years ago doesn't really cut it.
Hell, I was happy to finally get this working (can't upload RAR file, can't upload text file errors) - if you can point me to some tutorials for other torrent clients that would work better for seeding, I'm all for it as I'm new to the uploading part.
Problem with your current client leaving those "padding files" is that many peopel will delete them. Which means they no longer have a full copy of the torrent they have downloaded and therefore can no longer seed a full copy.

If you're not happy with what you're doing regarding torrents, stay clear of Vuze: its got loads of options that are very useful to those who wish to do non-standard things, but isnt very user-friendly and if you fidle with settings you can end up in all sorts of bother.

utorrent is popular and seems to work well. Its very simple to use also : http://www.utorrent.com/
Also, can I suggest you delete any torrents of yours with padding files, and re-upload without, once you have updated your client? Reason being: your torrents will not propagate very well, given that some of the larger indices (h33t, mininova, demonoid?) will not list torrents containing such files. This in turn reduces the chances of your torrent remaining seeded as there are going to be fewer people seeing it.

And thanks for the upload here. I happen to have this CD myself, but they are a fun group that have produced some marvellous recordings. It would be great if some new people find their music through this :)
Thanks for the info - I did update the client and did some reading too. I was wondering why it isn't showing as seeded even though I leave the machine up and running all the time.

I'll reseed - they are a fun group to listen to and saw them perform; very enjoyable.
